Begin with a few calm, mindful breaths to help everyone feel relaxed and focused. Then enjoy decorating fresh strawberries in a fun and creative way. This experience encourages creativity, mindfulness, and joy—plus there’s a sweet treat to take home!

GROW YOUR DREAMS GARDEN

Outdoor Plant Study

Slow down and reflect on goals, hopes, or kind wishes. Write or draw them on special seed paper and plant it in soil. As the seeds grow, this activity teaches patience, responsibility, and how caring for something small can help it grow into something meaningful.

CALM-DOWN KINDNESS STONES

Start with a short mindful moment to feel calm and grounded. Next, decorate stones with colors, designs, or positive words. This relaxing activity supports focus, creativity, and emotional well-being, while creating a special keepsake to keep.

SPARKLE & CHILL BOOKMARKS

Take a few slow breaths to settle the mind, then design a sparkling bookmark using diamond art gems. This activity builds focus, patience, and creativity. The finished bookmark becomes a calming reminder to pause and breathe while reading.

BUILD-A-BUDDY TEDDY WORKSHOP

Create a very own stuffed teddy bear from start to finish. This comforting, creative experience encourages self-expression, emotional connection, and joy. The finished teddy becomes a special companion and reminder of confidence, care, and belonging.

ANIMAL FRIENDS HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

Meet and interact with friendly animals in a safe, supervised setting. This hands-on experience supports empathy, responsibility, and emotional regulation while learning how to gently care for and respect animals. Connecting with animal friends helps promote calmness, kindness, and curiosity.

PRETZELS & POSITIVE MOMENTS

This specialty experience is all about comfort and community. Students will create their own pretzel snack with a choice of toppings while learning how food, friendship, and taking a pause can help us feel calm and cared for. A simple, cozy activity that brings smiles all around.
